Exercising. Of course, through exercises, you will be able to lose tummy fat. Resistant training or weight training and doing a good cardio workout will help you burn the fat quicker. Working out with weights and swimming, running or jogging would be a great idea. You should also do exercises that work those abs. This includes sit-ups, crunches and many others.
