Day 8 - We now return to our regularly scheduled program.

I got back on my hamster wheel today. Surprisingly, it felt really good to do it. Ribs don't hurt anymore so I figure all is well. I was pretty upset when I got injured because I thought I would lose my motivation. Having that ugly little chart on the wall has helped tremendously. I'm proud of myself for the progress I've made and that chart is a testament to what I've accomplished thus far. I know I won't feel this good everytime I get on the treadmill, but today I'm feeling great about it. Here's to everyone trying to make a change. 22 days to go!
